HealthComp is happy to announce that Dave Thomas has joined our sales team as Vice President of Sales. Dave brings 20 years of experience in the employee benefits space and has a passion for helping clients develop effective benefits strategies.

Most recently, Mr. Thomas served as the Vice President of National Accounts with The Health Plan, focusing on clinically driven plans and bettering the member experience.  Previously, Dave served as the National Vice President of Sales for HealthSmart and was a Senior Sales Executive at Great-West Healthcare, which is now part of the Cigna Network.

“We are excited to welcome Dave to the team and know that his years of experience in the employee benefits space will be incredibly valuable to the HealthComp team,” said HealthComp’s Chief Growth Officer and Executive Vice President of Product Strategy Justin Tran.

Mr. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Theology from Loyola University of Chicago.
